CA-4500PD converts 10/100Base-TX to 100Base-FX. It supports the LFP (Link Fault Pass Through) function. If the link at TP or FX end fails, its LFP function will force the other end to close, which will make the engineers easy to trace whether a network link fails or not. It greatly firms the integrity and consistency of the connection between twisted pairs and fibers, and therefore improves the network maintainability.
